Corporate Workshops

Adults spend more than 75% of their active day at work. This makes every corporate and employer that much more responsible for their employees’ well being.

Owing to hours of being seated, and a relatively sedentary lifestyle, most working professionals experience some kind of bone or joint problem. Giving little or no importance to health and fitness, they look at exercise as a chore that requires tremendous time and effort. Well, you can make a significant difference to your well-being by using your mind to intelligently train your body. And that’s the technique I wish to impart through this workshop.

There are two types of Corporate Workshops that I conduct:

i) Revolution in Motion (RevInMo): In this workshop, we educate employees about body alignment and the small changes they can make to improve their posture; Introduce them to Deskside Exercises and Out of Balance body workouts that will help them maintain good posture, improve neurological health and develop core strength.

ii) Customized evaluation & exercise programming: This involves individual body assessment of each employee followed by a customised exercise plan.

Making simple and conscious lifestyle changes - such as changing the way we sit or stand - could take us a long way in achieving our fitness objectives. If you are an organization that cares for its employees, get in touch with me.
